Really unique base for overnight stay. Immaculately clean accommodation, really helpful and extremely helpful staff from the BAR manager. Perfect location with parking on site. Lovely area.

The room was neat and well furnished with a clean bathroom. The location for Bloemfontein was magnificent, very close to the nearby malls and the coffee shop.

The bed was a little hard.

I liked the hotel, it was incredibly beautiful and fairly clean with marvellous location to the Mimosa mall. The staff were nice and fast and the pool was nice. The breakfast was warm, had a great selection of options and the food was delicious...

The location perfect and nice close to shops. Very comfy bed in the a twin room, plus a safe, multi-channel TV and coffee/tea making machines. Generally good service with parking onsite.

The staff at City Lodge Hotel were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. The hotel was also well-maintained and clean. The location was convenient, with various dining options nearby. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay between a long journey or for people on a business trip. The rooms are clean, comfy and have a nice view. The staff is friendly and check-in is fast. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and the stadium.

Entrance to the hotel can be confusing, but manageable.

This place is conveniently located near Loch Logan and offers great value for the room. Additionally, guests have easy access to Mega World.

Neat as a pin, everything you need is there and the decor is very stylish but functional, a little change from the usual hotel. Staff were very helpful and it's location was perfect for my needs. Grey college is around the corner (150m) and Mimosa Mall is a mere 50m walk away.

I thought it was centrally located near all the sites worth visiting.

Hated the leaking shower!!!!!! Really needs to be attended to.

Great staff! Friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Basic but fair breakfast. Clean room with added comfort of a sofa and chair.

Nothing, all was good.

Plenty of parking. Peacefull. Neat and clean and close to shopping facilities. Staff were professional and it was a "different" experience as it is very different to the usual hotels. Rooms tastefully decorated and had everything that one needs when away from home. Will definitely refer it to friends and family.

The glass panel in the shower was a bit weird. Would it not look better with a bit of sandblasting halfway up to allow light to still come into the bathroom area? Maybe a tinted film on the window sort of halfway up?

We arrived late, after driving from jhb. The staff were extremely friendly, and remained that way. We will definitely be booking into the Urban Hotel next month when we have to repeat the trip.Thank you!

the room was outstanding and new-fashioned and the breakfast was warm. excellent, good location short walk to center of city close to numerous of restaurants and malls, wimpy or mug & bean, and shops.
